DJ Naja
Naja spins a dynamic fusion of Old and New Post Punk, Goth, Goth Rock and Darkwave from the early 80s to new releases from bands all around the world. Djing in Melbourne since 2010 at various Goth/Alt clubs and is currently a resident dj at Elysium at 24 Moons in Northcote and Fang at Platform One. Over the last couple of years, she has had the pleasure of djing in Milan Italy 3 times with the crew at Gothic Rock Milano and official after parties with well know Post Punk European bands such as She Past Away. Currently a regular annual visitor to Germany's Wave Gotik Treffen Gothic Festival in Leipzig she is always on the lookout for new music.
DJ Lilith Nirvana
Lilith Nirvana started her DJ career in the catacombs of Adelaide in 1989. With a strong panache for electronic dance music, she became internationally regarded for her influence on the Graver movement in the nineties across Australia. After taking a small hiatus from the decks to raise her baby bats, Annmarie Sloane (more commonly known to many as THE Fairygothmama) has been gracing Australian events again over the past decade. She is a strong advocate of Gothic and Alternative communities around Australia.
DJ Kristen Solury
Originally from USA, Kristen has been in Australia for 17 years and has immersed herself in both the local music scene and PBS Radio, where she hosts the popular Bleeding Back Heart Revenue show. She’s been dabbling in the goth scene since the late 1980s, when she first discovered the genre through a chance viewing of Siouxsie and the Banshees on MTV in America. Immediately enthralled by a world that celebrated the darker side of life, she delved head first into exploring the music the goth scene had to offer, checked out all the relevant tapes from the public library, and never returned them. More than 30 years later, her collection has swelled immensely as she discovers more and more music from the original wave (thanks to the internet) that wasn't available back in Podunk, Virginia and the astounding wealth of younger, newer acts that have taken their inspiration from the era to create fresh new sounds.
