Presented by Maldon Museum & Archives and the Maldon Cemetery Trust, we are delighted to be offering this rare chance to tour our goldrush era cemetery with an experienced guide. Come along to learn all about our interred residents, and the grim fate that many faced.

This year, we will be looking at the shopkeepers and their families who have been buried here. And take a look at the grave of the most famous person ever buried in Maldon!

We request all visitors please wear sturdy closed toe shoes and keep to the paths as directed by our guide. Please be considerate and do not touch or sit on the graves as many are fragile.
